During 2007, our community was seriously affected by two events.

We still struggle with the fire on December 1, 2007 that took the lives of three young girls on Rawnsdale Road.

Our Sister community, Ludlow, experienced a tragic assault of one of their residents on New Years eve.  It will take a significant amount of time in 2008 for Mr. Kevin McDermott to recover from the attack.
